Once you submit an appointment request, it will be sent to your service provider to be reviewed. You will receive a confirmation once the appointment is accepted.
A credit card is required to make an appointment through Gloss Genius, and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.
cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% cancelation fee. This is left to the service providers discretion.
no-show policy
No-Shows may result in a 100% no show fee and may result in a booking ban. This is left to the service providers discretion.
guest and pet policy
Since our space is compact, there is minimal seating for guests. We ask that you refrain from bringing guests unless it is a parent/ guardian. We ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment, with the exception of them receiving hair services.
Only service dogs will be permitted.
right to refuse service
Safety is top priority; Seraphim Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that may create an unsafe space to our service providers or clients.
